Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy: Order processing times are 3-5 business days after the completion of the custom artwork but often shipped out sooner. Shipping is charged at checkout with a variety of services to choose from.

International Shipping Policy:

International orders are charged a $35 flat shipping fee at checkout. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country.  Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. International shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy. Please allow up to 40 business days for shipments to arrive. We are unable to process refunds or resend potentially lost orders until packages have been stuck in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

The buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost or mis-delivered orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Also, orders will not be refunded if they are returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information, and the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs to the correct address.
